Ingredients for Cabin Chilli

Method for Spicy Meat and Bean Stew
Step 1
In a pot, brown 500 g beef with 2 finely chopped onions and 3 minced garlic cloves.
Step 2
Add 2 chopped chilies, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 4 tsp cumin, and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir well.
Step 3
Mix in 2 cans of tomatoes and 1 can of white beans in tomato sauce. Cook on medium heat for 40 mins.
Step 4
Add 1 can of red beans and 4 tbsp sugar. Simmer for another 15 mins.
Step 5
Before serving, mix in juice from half a lemon, 1 chopped paprika, and a large handful of chopped fresh coriander.
Notes:
Serve hot. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
