Method for Creamy Garlic Chicken
Step 1
Season 2 chicken breasts with 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Coat with 1/4 cup flour.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium, add 2 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter. Cook chicken until golden and done, about 4 mins per side. Remove and cover.
Step 3
Add 1 Tbsp butter and garlic cloves to skillet. Sauté on medium-low for 3 mins.
Step 4
Add 1 cup chicken broth, 3/4 cup heavy cream, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Simmer for 8-10 mins until reduced by half. Season with more salt and pepper as needed.
Step 5
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through.
Notes:
Serve with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
